As a key member of the Intellect Group team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional IT solutions to our clients. With a strong background in Microsoft technologies, you will design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge IT systems that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Entra, and Exchange.
  • Design and deploy virtualised environments using Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Implement and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Monitor and manage client systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for client environments.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft technologies in an MSP environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Entra, and Exchange.
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies, particularly Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including configuration and management of switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE, CCNA) are a plus.
