Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Practice Manager in achieving operational standards and goals
* Coach, mentor, and develop the dispensing team and optical assistants
* Provide regular constructive feedback and review meetings
* Step up for the Practice Manager in their absence to ensure the practice runs smoothly

Requirements:

* Experience working within an opticians as a Deputy Practice Manager or qualified FBDO Dispensing Optician
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients
