Deputy Practice Manager Opportunity

Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Practice Manager to join our Beckenham team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Practice Manager in maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the dispensing team and optical assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Assist in the management of the practice's diary and booking system to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational standards and procedures to drive business growth and improvement.
