Deputy Practice Manager Opportunity

Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Practice Manager to join our Beckenham team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Practice Manager in achieving operational standards and implementing smart booking and diary management systems.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the dispensing team and optical assistants to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Contribute to the development of our team members and help them achieve their full potential.
