Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Practice Manager to join our team at Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists in Beckenham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Practice Manager in maintaining high operational standards, including smart booking and diary management.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the dispensing team and optical assistants.
  • Provide regular constructive feedback and review meetings.
  • Step up for the Practice Manager in their absence to ensure the practice runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an opticians as a Deputy Practice Manager or qualified FBDO Dispensing Optician.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients.
