Deputy Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists. As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Practice Manager in achieving operational standards and ensuring the store is well-managed.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the dispensing team and optical assistants.
  • Provide regular constructive feedback and review meetings.
  • Step up for the Practice Manager in their absence to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Deputy Store Manager or a qualified Dispensing Optician.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients.
