A highly successful group of independent Opticians at Zest Business Group are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician/Assistant Manager at their Beckenham, Bromley practice.

**Dispensing Optician Assistant Manager Role**

  • As a Dispensing Optician at Zest Business Group, you will be working for a company that truly cares about its team and patients.
  • With a strong reputation in the area, you will have the opportunity to work with exceptional equipment and advanced technology.
  • You will be working on 45-minute appointments, helping patients with their eye care needs, and working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
  • **Responsibilities:**
  • Create a professional yet enjoyable working environment for the team.
  • Help with training and developing the team.
  • Deal with complex patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work 5 days a week, including a Saturday, with typical working hours from 9am to 5.30pm.

**Dispensing Optician Assistant Manager Requirements**

  • Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC.
  • Management or supervisory experience would be an advantage, but we are also happy to support someone taking their first step into management.

  • Enthusiastic about high-quality service.
  • Confident to make bold recommendations.
