The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $99,900 and $166,500, with a total compensation package of approximately $115,000 to $192,375 per year.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of model-informed drug development (MIDD) plans for assigned projects, optimizing prospective studies, and informing drug development strategy and project decision-making.
You will conduct and report quantitative analyses integrating knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, patient characteristics, and disease states to optimize doses, dosage regimens, and study designs throughout all phases of clinical drug development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and report quantitative analyses integrating knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, patient characteristics, and disease states.
- Provide MIDD expertise on multidisciplinary development teams working closely with clinical pharmacologists, clinicians, and statisticians.
- Responsible for the execution of relevant quantitative analyses including population pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, exposure response, disease progression modeling, model-based meta-analysis, and decision analysis.
Requirements:
- PhD in Pharmacometrics, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or PharmD.
- Strong experience in Pharmacometrics, Clinical PK/PD, and/or Clinical Pharmacology, with excellent communication skills – written, oral, and presentation.
