About the Role

As a Support Worker for Autistic Children, you will be working in a specialist school environment, supporting children and young people with highly personalised programmes of study. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children and young people with their educational and personal needs
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised plans
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and thrive

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with autism and neurodivergent conditions. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. You should be flexible, adaptable, and able to use your initiative to support the needs of our students.
