We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as a Carbon Credit Sales Professional.

As a Carbon Credit Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy, while driving sales revenue growth and building strong relationships with major corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing key client relationships, and staying up-to-date with market trends and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Ownership: Take ownership of sales revenue targets for specific markets, develop a strong sales pipeline, and drive sales closures.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse key industries based on their Scope 1, 2, & 3 carbon emissions and identify opportunities for decarbonisation solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with major corporate customers, providing value-added advisory services related to decarbonisation and carbon credit solutions.
  • Sales Process Management: Drive customer engagements from initial discussions through to successful closing of sales, including submission and negotiation of commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to foster recurring sales and ensure long-term success.
  • Contract and Pipeline Management: Secure short-term (spot) and long-term (forward) contracts, and manage the development of sales pipelines.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer demand, and price fluctuations, providing regular reports on developments.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
