Job Title: Family Support Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team as a Family Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to foster carers, ensuring that children and young people receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster carers
- Collaborate with our team to identify and recruit suitable foster carers
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the suitability of potential foster carers
- Assist in the provision of reviews and documentation for panel meetings

Benefits:
- Salary up to £43,500 per annum
- 31 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Car allowance of £4800
- Out-of-hours payments of £1500

Location:
The successful candidate will be based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, and will be required to work from home on a part-time basis.
