Sales and Account Management Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales and account management professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key player in our company's growth strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives. With a strong focus on building long-term relationships, you will need to possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the property market.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales engagement
* Analyze sales data to optimize performance
* Provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales and account management
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of the property market and its trends
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
* Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
