About the Role

$80,000 - $120,000 per year

As an Account Manager with Everpool, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and meetings to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

You will also utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
