Risk Management Sales Specialist

Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in the defence industry or a related field? We are seeking a Defence Industry Growth Manager to join our team at Lucion Group, a company that is passionate about making a positive difference to the environment.
As a Defence Industry Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the defence sector. You will work closely with our subject matter experts to develop high-quality proposals and quotations, and you will collaborate with our marketing team to create campaigns and initiatives that generate new leads.
The key duties of this role include:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in the defence sector.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and conversion.
- Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners, to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns, initiatives, and events that generate new leads and position Lucion as the partner of choice for end-to-end risk management services.
- Providing regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline health to commercial leaders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a significant impact on our business. In return, you will have access to a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on skills, experience, and location, as well as a generous benefits package.
