As an Account Manager with Everpool, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing client relationships, ensuring they receive exceptional service. You will act as the main point of contact, handling escalations, liaising with technical support and other stakeholders involved in the customer process.
Salary:
The salary for this position is estimated at £32,200, plus an OTE with potential earnings of £58,000 upwards.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with internal and external parties, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, and understanding each client's business objectives to present tailored solutions that drive their success.
Key responsibilities will also include regularly meeting with clients to discuss performance, future goals, and improvements, ensuring they are fully satisfied with the services being delivered. You will work closely with technical teams, service desk staff, and sales professionals to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
Additional responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, expanding the relationship and generating new revenue streams, completing outbound research and new business when opportunity arises, and addressing client concerns swiftly and thoroughly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a B2B environment. Previous experience in account management, preferably within the IT or MSP space, is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to confidently present data and analytics, are essential.
A strong attention to detail and ability to offer excellent customer service are also required. You should be confident in establishing areas of new business, projects, and ongoing requirements.
