About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Information Administrator to join our team at the Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section in Brackley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and updating our technical records, coordinating with various teams to ensure information accuracy, and handling documents for as-built information.
In this role, you will update the drawing records to X-Revision, coordinate with the delivery team to ensure the information displayed is correct, and liaise with the Engineering team for review and approval of documents. You will also create and manage a tracker for as-built production and close-out, and collaborate with Construction, Engineering, and Hand Over teams to forecast as-built production and maintain transparency in the process.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role in a technical environment.
- Working knowledge of document management systems.
- Working knowledge of CAD software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to engage with other teams and develop a strong network.
- Proficient in prioritising workload and forecasting task completion dates.
- Driving licence is required for this role.
