About The Role

At EKFB, we're committed to delivering exceptional results in the engineering and construction industry. We're seeking a skilled Technical Information Administrator to join our team in the Brackley area. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and updating our technical records, coordinating with various teams to ensure information accuracy, and handling documents for as-built information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update drawing records to X-Revision and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure information displayed is correct.
  • Liaise with the Engineering team for review and approval of documents and transmit, manage and close-out documents for as-built information.
  • Create and manage a tracker for as-built production and close-out.
  • Collaborate with Construction, Engineering, and Hand Over teams to forecast as-built production and maintain transparency in the process.

About You

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in a technical environment.
  • Working knowledge of document management systems.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to engage with other teams and develop a strong network.
  • Proficient in prioritising workload and forecasting task completion dates.
  • Driving licence is required for this role.
