To succeed as our Compensation Rewards and Benefits Manager, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and COINS (or similar systems)

A degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration, is preferred but not essential. We are open to candidates with transferable skills and experience.

A competitive base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, annual bonus, 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, employer-matched pension, and flexible benefits including shopping discounts, reduced gym memberships, and airport parking are on offer.
