Your Role
  1. Resident Engagement: Develop friendships with residents, helping them adjust to life in our care home.
  2. Patient-Centered Care: Deliver high-quality personal and psychological care to residents in a professional manner.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef, and relatives to ensure smooth operation of your role.
  4. Record Keeping and Confidentiality: Complete records accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  5. Activity Coordination: Plan and coordinate engaging activities, taking into account residents' hobbies and interests.
  6. Health and Safety: Maintain awareness of Health and Safety requirements and coordinate activities with other services within the facility.
  7. Teamwork and Backup: Work individually and within the team to provide necessary backup for all staff.
