We are seeking a Home Care Specialist to join our team in Gawcott, Buckinghamshire.

About the Role

As a Home Care Specialist, you will be working with vulnerable adults with learning and physical disabilities, providing high-quality care and support in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents, promoting independence and choice wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting skills and involvement through activities such as shopping, domestic tasks, and personal care needs.
  • Attending appointments and maintaining residents' health and wellbeing.
  • Providing companionship and engaging in social activities, including music and art therapy.
