As an Activity Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing activities programmes that promote resident wellbeing, independence, and social engagement. This will involve working closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to understand individual needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and resourceful, and have experience working in a care setting. In return for your hard work, you'll receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive rewards package.
