Special Education Support Worker

About the RoleRibbons & Reeves Limited is seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Assistant to work with our partner schools in Kingston-upon-Thames.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children with SEMH needs, supporting their inclusive learning and development. This is a term-time only role, paying £22,500-£24,500 per annum (£475-500 per week), inclusive of holiday pay.
We are looking for a strong, determined, and dedicated individual with a First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University. Experience with SEND children or Behavioural Difficulties would be extremely beneficial.
Responsibilities- Supporting inclusive learning by accommodating the needs of children with SEMH and EHCPs
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH needs
- Collaborating with and following guidance from faculty, SENDCo, and SEN professionals to aid the holistic development of pupils
