Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Lecturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging learning experiences for students with PMLD/ASD. This will involve working closely with colleagues to develop effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and implementing strategies to promote independence. Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent, and recent teaching experience with students with special needs are essential. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding are also required.
