About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Operations Officer to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering BSEM's learning management system and events, working alongside the events team to assist customers with enquiries and registrations and providing high quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering BSEM's learning management system
  • Coordinating and registering events
  • Providing exceptional customer service

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in administration, or vocational training in Admin and events. Familiarity with CRMs, LMS and event management software is highly desirable.
