Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure effective store operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
