About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Representative to join our Sales Operations team at Shell. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business' aim to be a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational sales support across the I&C and strategic portfolio, including the set-up and data quality of commercial and industrial opportunities.
  • Manage administrative lead/tender-to-quote processes on behalf of Business Development Managers.
  • Support the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Director with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal departments, customers, and third-party partners.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
