As Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development, you will play a key role in driving forward our organisational change agenda and ensuring that our workforce is equipped to deliver our vision of Building Healthier Lives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development strategy, ensuring alignment with our organisational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive cultural change and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training and development programmes to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Workforce OD issues and best practice.
- Work closely with our Trade Union partners to ensure effective consultation and negotiation.
