About the Role

The Workforce Transformation Manager will play a crucial part in the Workforce Supply and Transformation function, driving improvement and innovation in workforce redesign. This role will collaborate with stakeholders within the organisation and externally to facilitate the strategic implementation of national and regional priorities, strategies, and policies across the region.

Main Responsibilities

The Workforce Transformation Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing dedicated support to workforce transformation projects
  • Delivering a Workforce Transformation Programme that reflects Workforce, Training and Education Directorate and ICS workforce transformation priorities
  • Leading projects that require innovative new approaches to education, training, workforce, and employment models

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of workforce development in healthcare, including workforce transformation approaches, education development, and commissioning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working at a senior level in a relevant field, with a master's level qualification or equivalent
  • A commitment to championing equality, diversity, and inclusion
