Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development function. As Head of Workforce Transformation and Organisational Development, you will be responsible for driving forward strategies that positively impact our staff, patients, and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on all aspects of OD and change management, including cultural assessment and improvement, measuring and enhancing employee experience, values, and behaviours.
- Develop and implement effective team working and collaboration across the organisation.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach on all elements of people strategy.
- Deputise for the Associate Director of People Programmes on matters related to Workforce Transformation and OD work streams.

Person Specification- Master's degree level in HR Management or equivalent qualifications/experience in HR Management.
- CIPD level 7 qualification or equivalent.
- Management qualification or relevant experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or equivalent.
- Experience in Trade Union consultation/negotiation.
- Experience of the NHS strategic agenda together with an understanding of how this relates to Workforce OD policy and practice.
