We're looking for a skilled Team Manager to join our team in Totnes. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll lead and motivate a team of professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our service users.

We're offering a competitive salary of £15,777.60 per annum (pro-rata), based on a 25-hour working week, plus a welcome bonus of £250 for new starters in Devon. Your total earnings could reach £16,027.60 per annum, depending on your hours worked.
