We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Team Leader for a Children's Home in the Dartington area. The role offers 15 hours of work per week, with varying shifts including overnight duties.

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading shifts, planning activities, and allocating staff. You will also provide supervision to support workers and have regular contact with parents, carers, and professional agencies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children and young people to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Creating a fun and positive atmosphere within the home
  • Organising and participating in activities that promote independence skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of £16,200 - £20,300 per annum, depending on experience, as well as generous annual leave entitlements and opportunities for professional development.
