Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Residential Services Manager. This is a part-time role based in Totnes, requiring 25 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality residential services, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and support. This will involve conducting regular team meetings, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective support plans that promote independence and community engagement for individuals in our care.

We utilise Nourish, our digital care and support app, to maintain efficient service documentation. To be successful in this role, you will require a full UK driving license, extensive social care experience, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 20 days annual leave, pension contributions, health, physiotherapy, and counselling services, training opportunities, travel-to-work scheme, and 3,500 retailer discounts.
