We deliver compassionate dental care directly to patients in the comfort of their homes, care facilities, or community settings.The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in Reception Management and strong leadership skills to manage a team of receptionists.
Job Description:- Schedule appointments, manage patient communication, and oversee administrative tasks using Dentally software.
- Analyze data to inform decisions that drive team performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that delivers exceptional customer service and ensures patient satisfaction.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of reception staff to meet business needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Create and manage the reception rota to optimize staff utilization and minimize overtime.
Competitive salary of €40.50 per hour (approx. €45,000 per annum), company events, on-site parking, and a supportive work environment.
