About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Retirement Living Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high-quality service and a hassle-free living experience.

As a Retirement Living Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, providing a first-class service and ensuring that their needs are met. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that the development is safe and secure.

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with our residents, staff, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development
  • Provide a first-class service to our residents
  • Manage a team of staff
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure the development is safe and secure
