At Talking Slides Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager or audio visual technician to join our team as a production coordinator. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition into project management or expand their existing technical expertise.

We are a dynamic and family-run company specialising in physical and e-conference production based in the UK. Our mission is to deliver exceptional events that exceed client expectations.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, technical staff, and subcontractors to ensure seamless event delivery from concept to completion.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, IT knowledge, and a clean driving license. Experience in live event production, either technical or planning-based, is essential, along with knowledge of audio-visual systems, industry standards, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts and proposals
  • Work with the technical team to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Drive, load, and unload company vans/vehicles
Requirements
  • Proven experience in live event production (technical or planning-based)
  • Knowledge of audio-visual systems, video, lighting, audio, streaming
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience + generous allowances for nights away
