About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stunning retirement development in Totnes, Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their safety and security, and making a positive impact on their lives.

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service who can work independently and as part of a team. Your passion for excellent customer service, coupled with your administrative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and conducting health and safety checks
  • Providing a welcoming and helpful service to Home Owners, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the development
  • Organizing activities and events for Home Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with Home Owners and colleagues
  • Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative and judgment
