Experienced Lodge Manager for Dynamic Retirement Development

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stunning retirement development in Totnes, Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, ensuring their safety and security, and making a positive impact on their lives.
We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service who can work independently and as part of a team. Your passion for excellent customer service, coupled with your administrative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Managing the day-to-day maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and conducting health and safety checks
- Providing a welcoming and helpful service to Home Owners, responding to their queries and concerns
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the development
- Organizing activities and events for Home Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with Home Owners and colleagues
- Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative and judgment
- An annual salary of £23,500 per annum, plus benefits
- 24 days' holiday entitlement, plus Bank Holidays
