Residential Care Worker

We are looking for an experienced Residential Care Worker to join our team in Totnes.
As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in our Residential facility.
You will work closely with the care team to deliver person-centred care, support residents with daily living tasks, and maintain accurate records of resident's progress.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of resident's progress, communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [2] years' experience in a care-related role.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Benefits:
- Salary: £32,448.00 - £34,944.00 per annum (dependent on experience).
