About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our team at a 23 bedded children's residential home in Preston, Lancashire. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

  • SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF TEAM
  • DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY CARE AND SUPPORT TO RESIDENTS
  • MONITOR AND EVALUATE SERVICE DELIVERY

Person Specification

  • RELEVANT QUALIFICATION IN SOCIAL CARE OR RELATED FIELD
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE WITH EBD
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per year, paid weekly or monthly, depending on your preference.
