Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Cherry Wood Grange Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs across our premises, including painting and decorating, electrical and plumbing tasks.

As part of our team, you will be expected to proactively identify potential issues, conduct regular safety checks, and create a maintenance schedule in conjunction with our Home Manager.

Additionally, you will be interacting with our residents on a daily basis, providing a friendly and supportive service while respecting their dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair buildings and facilities
  • Conduct regular safety checks
  • Create a maintenance schedule
