Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

Location: Springfield Hospital, Chelmsford area.

About the Job: We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Ward team at Springfield Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse looking to take their career to the next level and develop leadership skills. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading by example and mentoring junior staff members.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients on our surgical ward.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to achieve excellent patient care standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current NMC registration.
  • Previous experience working within a surgical ward.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
