About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Respiratory Specialist to join our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse or physiotherapist to take on a key role in delivering high-quality respiratory care.
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical decision-making skills, with a strong foundation in theoretical and practical knowledge of respiratory care. You will be responsible for coordinating the respiratory specialist service and managing a caseload of patients across both clinic and ward environments.
Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to deliver education and advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, while your ability to work autonomously will be invaluable in making clinical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the respiratory specialist service, ensuring seamless delivery of care to patients
- Manage a caseload of patients across clinic and ward environments

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care pathways
- NMC or HCPC registration essential
- Experience working in respiratory care desirable
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
