Respiratory Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled respiratory care professional to join our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Respiratory Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients across our clinics and wards.
You will be responsible for coordinating the respiratory specialist service, managing a caseload of patients, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to deliver education and advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
This role requires a strong foundation in theoretical and practical knowledge of respiratory care, as well as excellent clinical decision-making skills. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care pathways and make clinical decisions autonomously.
Requirements:- NMC or HCPC registration essential
- Experience working in respiratory care desirable
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.
