About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Companion Specialist to join our team at The Good Care Group Ltd. As a key member of our live-in care team, you will provide tailored support and companionship to individuals in their own homes.

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for providing daily care and support to clients, including assisting with personal care, managing medical conditions, and ensuring the smooth running of the household.
  • You will work closely with clients and their families to develop individualized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • As a flexible and adaptable individual, you will be willing to travel to client placements throughout the UK, with all expenses covered.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' professional experience in care settings, such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, or support worker.
  • A driver's license is an advantage, but not required. Clients provide vehicles and insurance for occasional outings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
