Job Title: Care Companion

You & I Care Services LTD is an award-winning home care provider offering affordable solutions for adults and the elderly. We aim to enhance their quality of life without stress and interruptions in daily routines. Our home care services range from a few hours of visiting care to 24/7 live-in care.

We are seeking experienced Care Companions to fill vacant positions. This role is challenging but rewarding for the right individual. Our Service Users are aged 18 to 65 and above, requiring varying levels of care needs from companionship to assistance with personal care and medication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care according to best practice and legislative requirements, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Support Service Users in maintaining skills and personal interests while delivering person-centred care unique to each individual.
  • Maintain current skills level, undertake required training and development to enhance knowledge.
