Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join the Learning and Development (L&D) team for Devonshire, a leading Global omni-channel communications business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cross-functional Trainer to support the growth and development of all employees. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the design, review, and maintenance of all training sessions delivered.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality training and development solutions to meet the learning needs of the business.
• Work closely with the HR department to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Ensure that the L&D function offers a quality, cost-effective service and maintain accurate up-to-date records of attendance and operational costs.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Full ownership and accountability in relation to the Training cycle which includes: identifying the learning needs of the business, designing the training using suitable methodology, delivering the training, evaluating the training to ensure it meets the needs of the business, monitoring and evaluating feedback and effectiveness of all training and development, reviewing the training which is currently offered and ensuring that it is fit for purpose, including induction and e-learning packages, where required creating and designing Learning & Development Training programmes in line with business objectives that support the different levels across the business.

Requirements:
• Previous training/induction experience would be advantageous.
• Previous experience supporting an HR department in the delivery of training would also be advantageous.
• A natural ability to engage an audience, deliver clear training, and motivate individuals to learn.
• A collaborative approach to learning both face-to-face and remotely.

Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent role based in Devonshire. The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
