Learning Support Professional Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated learning support professional to join our team at a Primary School in Sunderland.

The successful candidate will provide specialist support to students who require additional help, working closely with teachers to develop effective strategies for improving student outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering personalized learning plans for students.
  • Collaborating with teachers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Monitoring and evaluating student progress, identifying areas for further support.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a school setting.
  • A passion for helping children succeed.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies.
