Learning and Development Coach

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coach to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and instruction to apprentices gaining their plumbing and heating qualification.
About the Role- Develop and deliver effective training programs for apprentices in plumbing and heating
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help apprentices achieve their qualifications
- Have the opportunity to progress to a senior leadership role
- You must have a level 3 qualification in plumbing and heating
- You should have a proven track record in plumbing and heating
- You should be looking to move into a trainer/instructor role
- You should live commutable to the Sunderland area
- A salary of up to £38,000 per annum
- Ongoing professional development and training

- Generous holiday allowance of 56 days per year
