Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our organization at Devonshire. If you have a passion for training and development, and enjoy supporting others to reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and maintaining all training sessions delivered by the organization. This includes in-person, virtual classroom, eLearning, and instructional videos.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and report on the internal Learning Management System, ensuring accurate records of attendance and operational costs are maintained.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines, providing regular progress reports and owning accountability for the Training cycle.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback, refining existing programs to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Prior experience in training or induction is beneficial, as well as supporting an HR department in training delivery.
- A natural ability to engage audiences and motivate individuals to learn is essential, along with a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely.
