Your responsibilities will include administering and reporting on our internal Learning Management System, delivering projects within agreed timelines, and ensuring a high-quality, cost-effective service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective training methodologies to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and gather feedback to inform future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in training or induction is highly desirable.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences and motivate individuals to learn.
  • A collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely, is essential.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
