We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Polytec Personnel Ltd. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through site visits and telephone calls to build strong relationships and increase sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets by accurately managing and maintaining your sales pipeline.
- Present a monthly sales meeting to management to review progress and plan for future success.
Requirements:
- A pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards exceeding sales targets.
- At least 3 years' proven track record in sales, demonstrating year-to-year increases.
- Background in sales in screen print or similar industries.
- A desire for success and a confident, outgoing, and resilient personality.
- Professional and intelligent approach to work, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A full UK driving license held for at least 3 years.
